Hey,
I'm really interested in volunteering with your organisation. I'm travelling with another female in December and we are looking at volunteering for approx 4 weeks, over christmas. I would appreciate it if you could get back to me as soon as possible as we need to organise the rest of our trip.

Thanks
Rebecca

Sorry for delay but I have just returned from Uganda to the UK and will be happy to answer any further questions you may have - please email me direct ann@annmccarthy.co.uk or call me on +44 1932 562757

Hello Anne,
Great web site with so much information. Yes I do understand about the problem with getting volunteers. I arrange everything for free, allocate those wishing to volunteer in certain areas, homes, hospitals, schools etc. but where your organisation is great is that you have a base. We have a base homestay but is rented. Our volunteers pay 1,200 kenyan shillings per night which includes breakfast, as there are many different diets and needs the volunteers prefer to prepare their own meals in the kitchen provided or help the economy and dine out. I will certainly mention your establishment to volunteers that are looking for Uganda. Have a great break, is looks as if it is certainly needed. Take care and hopefully we can catch up between June - end of August whilst i am in Nakuru.
Best
